Dianna was responsible for all aspects of the Recreation, Fitness, Salon, Kid’s Club and Spa’s planning, executing and managing timelines as well as the physical set up of the outlets. She planned and executed outlets’ concepts, design layouts, hardware requirement like fixtures, furnishings and decorations, software requirement like service menu, operating protocols and manuals to manpower recruitment and training.
During the course of the project, Dianna has been an invaluable help to us. Despite the challenges we faced with the delay of the opening dates and strict import regulations, she steadfastly assisted us to get the project completed prior to hand over to our Recreation & Spa Director. She went out of her way to assist with the hotel’s QSP staff interviews, sourcing and purchasing matters with the project team. Dianna is efficient and effective in directing and guiding the opening team. She possesses resourcefulness and high initiative in doing whatever she can with the limited resources available to her. She has a positive attitude towards her job, is adaptable to local culture and gets along well with the management and staff.
